If you love hazelnuts and chocolate, you'll adore these Ferrero truffles; they are creamy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, giving them a unique and delicious touch, plus they are super easy and quick to make.
On a baking sheet, bake the hazelnuts until they are golden brown.
Carefully, so you don’t burn yourself, rub them with your hands until you have completely peeled them, set aside half, and finely chop the other half.
In a food processor, add the Nutella, whole hazelnuts, cocoa, melted dark chocolate, and honey. Process until you have a dough.
In a bowl, using a spoon, mix until you have a homogeneous consistency. Make small balls and set aside.
Freeze for 10 minutes until the mixture is firm.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or using a double boiler until you have
a smooth and shiny chocolate, add the previously chopped hazelnuts and mix. Using a fork, dip the balls in the chocolate until fully coated and place them on wax paper, then wait for them to harden.
Serve cold.
