Christmas Chocolate Bombs

These Christmas chocolate bombs are filled with surprise flavors, as when you dip them in hot milk, they will mix and you'll get to enjoy a delicious and fun drink. They are ideal for gifting this season!

  • 3 sticks Valor® Chocolates Premium Bar 70%, 100 g
  • 1 cup Valor® by the cup powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon anise
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • colored chocolates, green, white, and red
  • toners and edible glitter, gold, silver, and pearlescent

  • Chop Valor® Premium 70% Chocolate into small pieces.
  • Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute in 20-second intervals. Stir constantly to prevent burning. The texture should be semi-thick (32 °C).
  • Fill half-sphere molds, let them rest for a few seconds, and empty them so that they become shells. Allow them to harden completely; if necessary, place the molds in the refrigerator for two minutes. Set aside.
  • Mix Valor® hot chocolate powder, cinnamon, anise, cardamom, and marshmallows in a bowl.
  • Fill half of the molds with Valor® hot chocolate powder and unmold the shells from the other half.
  • Glue the empty half-spheres together with a bit of melted Valor® Premium 70% Chocolate and let it solidify.
  • Decorate the top of the chocolate bombs with colored chocolates, dusting powder, edible glitter, Christmas-themed sugar figures, and sugar pearls; create cute and creative combinations!
  • Enjoy your Christmas chocolate bombs by dipping them in a cup of hot milk, stir with a spoon, and savor the surprise flavor.
