  • 3 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons Hershey's Natural Cocoa
  • 2 Hershey's Dark Chocolate Pastry Bar
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated

  • Mix the coconut cream, brown sugar, salt, and Hershey's Cocoa Natural in a pot over medium heat and stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add the Hershey's dark chocolate baking bar and mix until the chocolate is completely melted. Then, pour in the gelatin, mix well, and remove from heat.
  • Pour the chocolate pudding into a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Unmold the chocolate pudding, sprinkle with Hershey’s Cocoa Natural, and decorate with red fruits.
