1/2 liters whipping cream
4 egg yolks
3.5 ounces granulated sugar, fine
1.7 ounces brandy, or whisky
vanilla essence, (a few drops)
6.5 ounces 70% cocoa chocolate, melted

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form or until it holds soft peaks.
Beat the eggs and sugar until a light and fluffy mixture forms.
Add the brandy or whisky, vanilla extract, and FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
Gently fold in the melted chocolate, followed by the whipped cream and the egg mixture.
Cover a baking dish with plastic wrap and pour in the mixture, freeze for 5 hours.
Transfer the chocolate to a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
