Frozen Chocolate Parfait

  • 7 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3.5 ounces granulated sugar, fine
  • 1.7 ounces brandy, or whisky
  • vanilla essence, (a few drops)
  • 6.5 ounces 70% cocoa chocolate, melted

  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form or until it holds soft peaks.
  • Beat the eggs and sugar until a light and fluffy mixture forms.
  • Add the brandy or whisky, vanilla extract, and FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
  • Gently fold in the melted chocolate, followed by the whipped cream and the egg mixture.
  • Cover a baking dish with plastic wrap and pour in the mixture, freeze for 5 hours.
  • Transfer the chocolate to a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
