Prepare these delicious chocolates with blueberries and almonds. The combination of chocolates gives the marbled effect a lovely appearance. They are perfect for gifting or enjoying as a dessert.
Heat the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately in microwave-safe bowls in 15-second intervals to avoid burning. Add half of the almonds, blueberries, and apricots to each of the chocolates; stir until well combined.
Spoon dollops of these chocolate mixtures onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, being careful to alternate the colors. Make several cuts with a knife through the chocolate mixtures to achieve a marbled effect.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Break them into pieces and store in a container at room temperature.
