Marbled Effect Chocolates

Prepare these delicious chocolates with blueberries and almonds. The combination of chocolates gives the marbled effect a lovely appearance. They are perfect for gifting or enjoying as a dessert.

  • 400 grams semisweet chocolate, in pieces
  • 300 grams white chocolate, in pieces
  • 1 cup almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cups apricot, dry and chopped

  • Heat the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately in microwave-safe bowls in 15-second intervals to avoid burning. Add half of the almonds, blueberries, and apricots to each of the chocolates; stir until well combined.
  • Spoon dollops of these chocolate mixtures onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, being careful to alternate the colors. Make several cuts with a knife through the chocolate mixtures to achieve a marbled effect.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Break them into pieces and store in a container at room temperature.
