Strawberries with cream covered in chocolate

These strawberries with cream covered in chocolate are an excellent choice for dessert time, as it is an easy and very practical recipe.   • 2 cups strawberries, in small cubes
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 Hershey's Dark Chocolate Pastry Bar
  • strawberries, to accompany

  • In a bowl, mix the strawberries, whipping cream, and sugar. Set aside.
  • Form balls from the strawberry and cream mixture using an ice cream scoop, place on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 3 hours.
  • Melt the Hershey’s® dark chocolate baking bar in a double boiler and dip the strawberry balls in the chocolate using a fork. Refrigerate the strawberries for 15 minutes.
  • Serve the strawberries with cream covered in chocolate on a board and enjoy.
