Walnut and chocolate cake in 10 minutes

  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons nut , in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

  • In a cup, vigorously beat the egg with a fork.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the walnut and chocolate) to that cup and whisk very well until you achieve a smooth and lump-free consistency.
  • Add the walnut and chocolate, and mix. Just incorporate the ingredients, do not beat them.
  • In the microwave, cook on high power for 1 minute (It is very important to keep checking to avoid spills; if the mixture is rising to the point of almost spilling, stop the timer and wait for it to settle a bit before continuing; it may take several intervals like this. Depending on the microwave, it will be ready in 1 to 3 minutes).
  • Just need to unmold it. Carefully loosen the edges of the cup with a knife. Turn the cup over onto a plate; the base of the cake will be the walnuts and melted chocolate on top.
