Christmas Brownie Trees

  • 1/2 cups Great Value® canola oil
  • 1/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 cup Great Value® Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 3/4 cups Great Value® wheat flour
  • 1/8 teaspoons Great Value® salt
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups vanilla frosting
  • 2 drops vegetable coloring , green
  • 1/4 cups rainbow sprinkles

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease and flour a brownie pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the oil and cocoa. Set aside.
  • Beat the sugar with the eggs and gradually add the vanilla and coffee. Add the cocoa mixture.
  • Gradually add the flour and salt, and do not overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the brownies are cooked through. Let cool and remove from the pan.
  • Cut the brownies into triangles and insert the skewers into the bottom to simulate the trunk.
  • In a bowl, mix the frosting with the food coloring and pour it into a piping bag with a smooth tip. Decorate the trees with the frosting and colorful sprinkles. Buy HERE
