Christmas Fruit Cake

190 grams cream cheese, for the frosting
1/4 cups whipping cream , for the frosting
5 tablespoons sugar , for the frosting
1 tablespoon orange zest, for the frosting
160 grams unsalted butter
180 grams sugar
3 eggs
200 grams flour
1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoons clove
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 cups rum
1/4 cups cranberries
1/4 cups orange, candied, chopped
1/4 cups candied fig, chopped
1/4 cups nut , chopped
1/4 cups almonds, chopped
Preparation

Macerate the fig, blueberries, and orange in rum for 20 minutes.
Preheat to 180°C.
Cream the butter at room temperature with sugar and incorporate the eggs one by one.
Incorporate the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon.
Add the already macerated fruits; the walnut and the almond.
Pour into a previously greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until cooked. Cool and unmold.
Cream the cream cheese, add sugar, whipped cream, and orange zest.
Decorate with the orange frosting.
