In a springform pan, place the previous mixture at the base, press until it is even. Set aside.
In a processor, blend the raspberries, strawberries, sugar, and basil leaves, add Natural Yoghurt Oikos® and heavy cream, and continue blending for 2 more minutes.
Dissolve the gelatin in a double boiler.
Gradually add the gelatin to the processor and pour it over the cookie base, refrigerate for 2 hours.
Unmold and place it on a flat plate.
Cut the strawberries in half and add the strawberries and basil leaves.
