Citrus Pie

Delicious pie made with cream cheese. It is similar to the one from VIP's, easy and quick to prepare.

  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • citrus zest
  • 1/4 cups citrus juice

  • In a container, sour cream and cream cheese are placed in a double boiler.
  • Lemon zest is added and left until the cream cheese softens and is beaten.
  • While continuing to beat, half a can of condensed milk is added, followed by the juice of the citrus.
  • It is placed in a pie crust or a baking dish, decorated with more zest, and refrigerated.
