  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 1 liter clericot
  • 1 cup grenadine
  • pear
  • orange, for decoration

  • Add the grenadine and the gelatin to the clericot and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into a silicone mold. Refrigerate the gelatin for 3 hours or until set. Unmold.
