We put the sugar in a pot over medium heat to make the caramel; when it’s ready, we pour it into a mold to cover it completely... set aside and let it cool.
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In the blender, we put the eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla essence, coconut water, and shredded coconut, blending for one minute. We pour this mixture into the mold and place it in a water bath in the oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool and serve.
