We mix the ingredients for the dough, which are: Flour, Butter, Sugar, 1 egg, essence, and if needed, a splash of milk.
Once the dough is ready, we roll it out with a rolling pin and place it in a mold.
We mix the topping, which is: grated coconut, and the second egg.
We take the tart dough to the oven until we insert a knife and it comes out completely clean.
Once we take it out of the oven, we let it cool for a few minutes, and we fill it with dulce de leche.
And on top of the dulce de leche, we place the topping mixture, which is: the second egg, and the grated coconut with a few teaspoons of vanilla essence. We bake it for 5 to 10 minutes, DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN.
