This is a very simple recipe made in Venezuela, coffee caramels are a great dessert to accompany your cappuccino or simply to enjoy in the afternoon.

250 grams sugar
1/4 liters whipping cream
3 tablespoons water
75 grams honey
1 cup coffee , loaded
Preparation

Place the sugar, cream, water, honey, and coffee in a pot.
Cook until it reaches the hard ball stage.
The caramel is removed from the heat and poured onto a previously greased tray, left to cool, and then cut.
Ready to eat.
