Coffee Caramels

This is a very simple recipe made in Venezuela, coffee caramels are a great dessert to accompany your cappuccino or simply to enjoy in the afternoon.

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1/4 liters whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 75 grams honey
  • 1 cup coffee , loaded

  • Place the sugar, cream, water, honey, and coffee in a pot.
  • Cook until it reaches the hard ball stage.
  • The caramel is removed from the heat and poured onto a previously greased tray, left to cool, and then cut.
  • Ready to eat.
