1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cups espresso coffee, (previously made)
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cups strong coffee
1/3 cups sugar
1/3 cups rum , (or water)

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Use a medium non-stick bundt pan or grease and flour it without leaving any gaps.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
Beat the butter, add the sugar, incorporate the eggs (one at a time), add the cup of coffee and the flour mixture until well combined.
Pour into the mold and bake for 50 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
To soak the cake, combine the last three ingredients
