Coffee Flan in a Skillet

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • strawberries, in halves, for decoration
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • blackberries, for decoration
  • blueberries, for decoration
  • cappuccino flavored waffles, grated

  • Place evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream, egg, instant coffee, and cream cheese in a blender. Blend for 5 minutes or until fully combined. Set aside.
  • In your Jade Smart® skillet, add the sugar and let it dissolve and turn golden over medium heat for 10 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the previously blended flan mixture into the Jade Smart® skillet, cover, and place over the Jade Smart® saucepan. Add water halfway using a small jug and cook the coffee flan over low heat for 50 minutes.
  • Let the coffee flan cool in the skillet and unmold onto a serving plate; decorate with mixed berries and cappuccino-flavored wafers.
