300 grams butter
6 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
4 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons water, warm
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
6 egg whites, whipped to soft peaks
200 grams butter
2 teaspoons instant coffee, dissolved in hot water
1/2 cups sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the butter until it doubles in volume.
Add the egg yolks one by one, along with the sweetened condensed milk and the coffee previously dissolved in hot water.
Fold in the sifted flour along with the baking powder, alternating with the whipped egg whites.
Pour into a previously greased and floured mold.
Bake for 60 minutes, remove from the oven, unmold, and serve topped with the coffee cream.
For the coffee cream: Beat the butter until creamy and incorporate the coffee and sugar, mixing well.
