Whip half of the cream with the powdered sugar at medium speed until soft peaks form, and refrigerate.
Heat the remaining cream, add 90 grams of chocolate and keep over medium heat until melted, add the hot coffee, let it cook until bubbles form, and add the liqueur.
Take the whipped cream out of the refrigerator and whip again to combine the ingredients. Grate the remaining chocolate.
Serve the coffee in cups, decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
