  • 2 cups coffee, hot and loaded
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 2 cups coffee, cold and loaded
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups coffee liqueur
  • vanilla ice cream

  • In a bowl, combine the hot coffee, gelatin, and sugar. Mix until the sugar dissolves, then add the cold coffee and mix.Pour the gelatin into a flat dish and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
  • Cut the gelatin into medium cubes and set aside.
  • Add some gelatin to a glass, a bit of condensed milk, a bit of evaporated milk, a bit of coffee liqueur, and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
