Cereal Strawberry Popsicles

Prepare these gelatin popsicles with a combination of textures. They are an amazing option for a light dessert or an easy-to-carry snack, made with light strawberry gelatin and a cereal base. Delicious!

  • 2 cups granola
  • 1/4 cups raisins
  • 1 box D´Gari® gelatin strawberry flavor, (25 g)
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 box D'Gari® light milk gelatin strawberry flavor, (25 g)
  • 1 liter light milk, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)

  • In a food processor, process the granola with the raisins until it forms a dough.
  • Spread on a tray, freeze for 20 minutes, and using a cutter the size of the popsicle molds, cut and set aside.
  • Hydrate the D´Gari® light strawberry gelatin in ½ liter of cold water for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water, and mix until completely dissolved.
  • Pour into a popsicle mold until filling ¼ of its capacity, refrigerate until set.
  • For the milk gelatin, pour the contents of the D´Gari® light strawberry milk gelatin into ½ liter of room temperature milk, let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and mix. Let it cool to room temperature, ensuring it doesn't set.
  • Pour on top of the water gelatin and refrigerate for 30 minutes, until slightly set.
  • Arrange the cereal crust and carefully insert the wooden sticks without reaching the bottom to avoid breaking it, refrigerate until fully set, then unmold.
