Coffee Ice Cream

Delicious and easy coffee ice cream made with just 4 ingredients. You can use it to accompany a cake or serve it alone.

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coffee , well concentrated
  • 1/2 liters clotted cream, whipped
  • water

  • Melt the sugar with a little water until it forms a syrup, remove from heat and add the coffee.
  • Slowly incorporate the mixture into the whipped cream.
  • Place in the freezer, stirring every 15 minutes to keep it creamy. Repeat this process 3 times.
