  • 4 lemons, 3 large and 1 small
  • 200 milliliters condensed milk
  • 300 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 2 packages María cookies

  • Juice the 3 large lemons.
  • Add the juice to the blender, along with the two milks and the small lemon cut into pieces. Blend until creamy.
  • In a container, place a layer of Maria cookies and pour a little lemon cream on top (just enough to cover the cookies); repeat this step until the cream is finished.
  • Before refrigerating, you can cut some fruit of your preference and place it on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour and serve.
