High-protein drink, ideal for before workouts and also to enjoy as a kind of sweet dessert that won’t add empty calories, and will help reduce sugar cravings when dieting.

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 dash water, and 25 grams of protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • no calorie sweeteners

  • Add the egg whites to the mixer along with the protein powder and whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Add the vanilla extract and the sweetener. Whip again for 2 minutes.
  • Place in a freezer-safe container and leave there for 1 hour.
