1 dash water, and 25 grams of protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
no calorie sweeteners

Add the egg whites to the mixer along with the protein powder and whip until stiff peaks form.
Add the vanilla extract and the sweetener. Whip again for 2 minutes.
Place in a freezer-safe container and leave there for 1 hour.
