Mango and Pistachio Popsicle

Take advantage of mango season and prepare these delicious frozen yogurt pops with mango and pistachios. Besides being delicious, they are very refreshing for hot days and very nutritious made with natural fruit.

  • 6 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, (150 g each)
  • 1 1/2 cups mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped

  • Blend Oikos® natural yogurt with mango and honey until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
  • Mix with the pistachios and pour into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Unmold and serve.
