Mango Paletas with Chamoy

  • 1 cup mango
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 envelopes Pure Via Stevia®
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon piquín chile powder
  • 1/2 cups mango, cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons chamoy

  • In a blender, add the mango, lime juice, Pure Via Stevia® packets, water, and chili powder, and blend until combined.
  • In popsicle molds, add mango cubes, a little chamoy, and fill with the previous mixture.
  • Place the popsicle sticks and freeze for 3 hours or until completely solid. Unmold and enjoy.
