Popsicles to Prevent Nausea

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup yogurt, Greek
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 10. Place all the ingredients in the Evenflo Advance® blender jar, secure the container on the base of the processor, and twist until it is locked. Press the power button, and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick into each one.
  • Freeze for about 8 hours or overnight.
  • Unmold by dipping the molds in warm water for 5 seconds.
