Strawberry Banana Popsicles

Enjoy delicious strawberry banana popsicles on a summer afternoon, a hot day, or when you invite your friends to a barbecue.

  • 1 cup soy juice, strawberry (Ades)
  • 6 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • lime juice, of 1 piece
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup strawberries

  • In a pot, add water with sugar, add the ripe bananas and whole strawberries, and cook for 15 minutes or until they break down.
  • Blend the previous mixture with lemon drops to prevent oxidation. You should have a thick paste consistency.
  • Incorporate the soy milk while continuing to blend the mixture. Mix all the ingredients very well.
  • In ice molds, distribute the mixture you prepared. Place in the freezer.
  • After 30 minutes, take it out of the freezer, insert the stick, and put it back in for 1 hour and a half.
