Strawberry Cream Popsicles

In just 15 minutes, you can prepare refreshing and delicious strawberry cream popsicles. With this frozen popsicle recipe, all you have to do is put them in the freezer and enjoy them later with a bit more strawberry and mint. As a tip, when disinfecting the strawberries, dry them very well to better preserve their consistency.

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 cups Chantilly® vanilla top cream, (presentation of 1 l)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Chantilly® tres leches syrup
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • ice cubes, for presentation
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • On a cutting board, cut the strawberries into cubes. Set aside.
  • Beat Top cream Chantilly® vanilla flavor in a hand mixer until it doubles in volume, then gently fold in the sour cream, Tres Leches Chantilly® syrup, and strawberries.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours, or until frozen.
  • Place strawberries and mint on a tray with ice. Enjoy with your whole family.
