Yoghurt Fruit Popsicles

Prepare these delicious and refreshing frozen popsicles. They are very nutritious and have a creamy consistency thanks to Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%. Perfect to make with kids.

  • 1 liter FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7g each)
  • 1 cup water
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 cups blueberries

  • Hydrate the gelatin in water.
  • Peel the kiwi and slice it thinly. Dice the strawberries. You can adjust the size of the cut depending on the size of your mold.
  • Mix the sugar with Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%. Melt the gelatin in the microwave in 15-second intervals, mixing between each until it is smooth. Add the melted gelatin to the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%.
  • Place the diced fruit in the popsicle molds, making sure to stick it to the sides of the mold. Pour the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% mixture. Use a spoon to arrange the fruit and the yoghurt mixture so that there are no empty spaces.
  • Insert the popsicle stick and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
