1 can condensed milk
1 cup water
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
4 egg yolks
6 tablespoons sugar , (for the caramel)
1/2 cups water, (for the caramel)

In the caramel mold, place the sugar and half a cup of water over high heat until it turns into caramel.
In the blender, place the can of condensed milk, the cup of water, the egg yolks, and the vanilla; and if desired, a little rum.
Blend well until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Pour the mixture into the caramel mold we made earlier. Cover.
In a pressure cooker, with a little water, place the covered caramel mold.
When it starts to boil, let it cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the caramel mold from the pot, let it rest. Serve.
