Homemade flan - Baked milk

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons sugar , (for the caramel)
  • 1/2 cups water, (for the caramel)

  • In the caramel mold, place the sugar and half a cup of water over high heat until it turns into caramel.
  • In the blender, place the can of condensed milk, the cup of water, the egg yolks, and the vanilla; and if desired, a little rum.
  • Blend well until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into the caramel mold we made earlier. Cover.
  • In a pressure cooker, with a little water, place the covered caramel mold.
  • When it starts to boil, let it cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the caramel mold from the pot, let it rest. Serve.
