  • 85 grams dark chocolate
  • 175 grams marshmallows, whites
  • 150 milliliters cow's milk
  • 300 milliliters whipping cream

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate, marshmallows, and milk. Once everything is melted, remove from heat and let cool.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Once the chocolate is cool, gently fold in the cream.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold and freeze.
  • Serve in slices.
