85 grams dark chocolate
175 grams marshmallows, whites
150 milliliters cow's milk
300 milliliters whipping cream

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate, marshmallows, and milk. Once everything is melted, remove from heat and let cool.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Once the chocolate is cool, gently fold in the cream.
Pour the mixture into a mold and freeze.
Serve in slices.
