Kiwi and Dark Chocolate Popsicles

  • 3/4 cups dark chocolate, (250 g)

  • Insert a popsicle stick into each slice of kiwi to form the popsicles. Freeze for one hour.
  • Chop the chocolate and place it in a microwave-safe container. Heat it in 15-second intervals until completely melted.
  • Remove the popsicles from the freezer and dip them in the chocolate to coat. Return them to the freezer for an additional 5 minutes.
