Lactose-Free Chocolate Popsicles

A delicious and refreshing recipe for chocolate popsicles. They are amazing and are lactose-free and free from any dairy derivatives. I use cane sugar, but if you prefer, you can use another sweetener to make them 100% sugar-free.

  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar

  • 500 milliliters soy milk 500 milliliters soy milk

  • We put the cocoa, sugar, syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in the blender. We add the soy milk and blend very well.
  • Then we pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, and if you don't have any, you can use plastic coffee cups.
  • To easily unmold them, just hold them under hot water for about 4 seconds.
