Lactose-Free Chocolate Popsicles

A delicious and refreshing recipe for chocolate popsicles. They are amazing and are lactose-free and free from any dairy derivatives. I use cane sugar, but if you prefer, you can use another sweetener to make them 100% sugar-free.

4 tablespoons chocolate
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1 pinch salt
vanilla essence, to taste
500 milliliters soy milk

We put the cocoa, sugar, syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in the blender. We add the soy milk and blend very well.
Then we pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, and if you don't have any, you can use plastic coffee cups.
To easily unmold them, just hold them under hot water for about 4 seconds.
