Oreo Cake

  • 14 OREO cookies
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 can milkmaid
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 stick Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 200 grams María cookies
  • chocolate syrup, for decoration

  • Crush the 200 grams of Maria cookies in a blender or food processor, add the butter, and mix until it forms a kind of paste. Pour the mixture into the mold and spread it with your hands. Refrigerate.
  • Blend the cream cheese, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract together. In a separate bowl, add 4 tablespoons of water and one teaspoon of gelatin, and microwave for 10 seconds. Add the gelatin to the mixture and continue blending.
  • Using your hands, break the 14 Oreo cookies into small pieces and mix them in a bowl with the blended mixture.
  • Remove the mold from the refrigerator, pour in the mixture, and refrigerate for 1.5 hours or until firm.
  • Decorate each slice with chocolate syrup.
