Avocado Ice Cream

  • 1 avocado, large and ripe
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 egg

  • Remove the avocado from the skin, cut it into pieces, and place it in a ziplock bag in the freezer (this can be done the day before).
  • Place the evaporated milk in the freezer for at least one hour.
  • Put the sugar in the food processor or blender and process it until it becomes powdered sugar, add the egg white and the avocado and blend until everything is incorporated.
  • Whip the frozen milk in the mixer until it becomes fluffy.
  • Add the whipped milk to the avocado and fold gently, put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours and serve.
