Blend all the ingredients. If you choose to use rosemary, add it until the other ingredients are blended.
Pour the mixture into a glass dish (preferably). Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until the consistency is a bit firm. Break the ice that formed with the help of a fork and put it back in for 1 hour until it is firm.
If the consistency is too hard, you can place it in the refrigerator for a while to soften it. Serve immediately in individual glasses or cups.
