Chocolate and Coconut Covered Wafers

When you want your dessert to look nicer, prepare some wafers covered with chocolate and coconut to finish with your favorite ice cream; this combination tastes delicious with vanilla ice cream.

Put the grated coconut on a deep plate.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Dip the top part of the wafers in the chocolate.
Pass the wafers over the coconut to make them stick to the chocolate, making sure it's only on the outside of the wafer.
Let them drain upside down until they dry.
Serve them with your favorite ice cream.
