Chocolate and Pistachio Covered Wafers

In hot weather, we all crave ice cream, so why not serve it in Chocolate and Pistachio Covered Wafers for a special and prettier touch.

  • 8 ice cream cones
  • dark chocolates
  • pistachios, chopped

  • Place the pistachio on a deep plate.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Dip the top part of the wafers in the chocolate.
  • Roll the wafers over the pistachio so that it sticks to the chocolate, making sure it's only on the outside of the wafer.
  • Let them drain upside down until dry.
  • Serve them with your favorite ice cream.
