In hot weather, we all crave ice cream, so why not serve it in Chocolate and Pistachio Covered Wafers for a special and prettier touch.

dark chocolates
pistachios, chopped

Place the pistachio on a deep plate.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Dip the top part of the wafers in the chocolate.
Roll the wafers over the pistachio so that it sticks to the chocolate, making sure it's only on the outside of the wafer.
Let them drain upside down until dry.
Serve them with your favorite ice cream.
