Chocolate-Coated Wafers

On the day you want to serve your ice cream in wafers, I recommend preparing these chocolate-coated wafers in advance so that when the time comes, you only have to add your preferred ice cream.

  • 8 ice cream cones
  • dark chocolates
  • chocolate sprinkles

  • Place the sprinkles on a deep plate.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Dip the top part of the wafers in the chocolate.
  • Pass the wafers over the sprinkles so that they stick to the chocolate, making sure it's only on the outside of the wafer.
  • Let them drain upside down until they dry.
  • Serve them with your favorite ice cream.
