On the day you want to serve your ice cream in wafers, I recommend preparing these chocolate-coated wafers in advance so that when the time comes, you only have to add your preferred ice cream.

Place the sprinkles on a deep plate.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Dip the top part of the wafers in the chocolate.
Pass the wafers over the sprinkles so that they stick to the chocolate, making sure it's only on the outside of the wafer.
Let them drain upside down until they dry.
Serve them with your favorite ice cream.
