Chocomint Shake

Making homemade shakes is super easy, you need few ingredients and let your imagination run wild to decorate them as you like. Mint pairs deliciously with chocolate, I’m sure you will love this recipe.

  • 1/2 liters ice cream, vanilla or mint
  • 1 liter cow's milk, whole or soy
  • 10 cookies, chocolate
  • 10 milliliters mint essence
  • 1 can condensed milk, mini presentation (optional)
  • 20 milliliters evaporated milk

  • In a blender, place the liter of milk, and half of the ice cream. Add a little evaporated milk and a splash of condensed milk. Add a bit of mint essence and taste, be careful not to make it too strong.
  • Break the cookies by hand and add them to the blender jar. Blend and taste to see if the consistency is to your liking. If you want it thicker, add more ice cream until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • In a tall glass, add crushed cookies and pour the shake inside. If you like whipped cream, you can add some on top.
