  • 1 can condensed milk, (397 g)
  • 3/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream, cold

  • In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the coconut milk. Set aside.
  • Whip the cream in a mixer until it doubles in size and becomes firm.
  • Pour the whipped cream into a bowl and gently fold in the milks little by little to avoid deflating the cream.
  • Put the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes covered with plastic wrap. Remove from the freezer and gently mix to distribute the cold throughout the mixture.
  • Return the mixture to the freezer for 30 more minutes. Then serve.
