In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the coconut milk. Set aside.
Whip the cream in a mixer until it doubles in size and becomes firm.
Pour the whipped cream into a bowl and gently fold in the milks little by little to avoid deflating the cream.
Put the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes covered with plastic wrap. Remove from the freezer and gently mix to distribute the cold throughout the mixture.
Return the mixture to the freezer for 30 more minutes. Then serve.
