Hibiscus Sorbet

  • 250 milliliters water
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 400 grams glucose syrup
  • 100 grams hibiscus flower
  • 250 milliliters water

  • Bring the hibiscus and 250 ml of water to a boil. Once ready, strain and reduce.
  • In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and glucose. Once it reaches a boil, remove it and let it cool.
  • Mix the syrup with the hibiscus.
  • Freeze it and blend every 30 minutes. Repeat until you achieve the consistency of a sorbet.
