400 grams glucose syrup
100 grams hibiscus flower

Bring the hibiscus and 250 ml of water to a boil. Once ready, strain and reduce.
In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and glucose. Once it reaches a boil, remove it and let it cool.
Mix the syrup with the hibiscus.
Freeze it and blend every 30 minutes. Repeat until you achieve the consistency of a sorbet.
