Kathy Sáenz
This is an unusual ice cream flavor, but it is also a refreshing sweet-and-sour option for those hot summer days. It can be enjoyed with fresh fruit or chocolate cookies.

Wash and disinfect the blackberries. In a saucepan, sauté the blackberries for a few minutes until they release some of their juice. Set aside.
In a blender, pour in the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, sautéed blackberries, and a pinch of salt. Blend everything well.
Pour the mixture into a well-covered baking dish and leave it in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen.
Blend the mixture again and freeze. Do this about 3 or 4 times.
