I came up with this recipe using the ingredients I had at home. It tastes very good, I recommend it; once you try it, you can enjoy it as a dessert or as a very delicious craving.
Preparation: for the filling, blend the evaporated milk with the condensed milk and evaporated milk. Gradually add the lemon juice.
Line 15 large round cookie cutters with aluminum foil and cover the bottom with a cookie, pour a little of the filling and add 2 Raspberries; cover with another cookie and freeze for 45 minutes or until firm. Unmold once they are well frozen.
