Lemon and Raspberry Ice Cream Sandwich

I came up with this recipe using the ingredients I had at home. It tastes very good, I recommend it; once you try it, you can enjoy it as a dessert or as a very delicious craving.

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 30 María cookies
  • 1 package raspberries

  • Preparation: for the filling, blend the evaporated milk with the condensed milk and evaporated milk. Gradually add the lemon juice.
  • Line 15 large round cookie cutters with aluminum foil and cover the bottom with a cookie, pour a little of the filling and add 2 Raspberries; cover with another cookie and freeze for 45 minutes or until firm. Unmold once they are well frozen.
