In this hot season, prepare this refreshing peach sorbet with a touch of lemon grass that will make it your favorite. It is easy to prepare and does not require many ingredients.
In a small pot over medium heat, heat the water and add the peaches, peach juice, lemon grass, and sugar. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the peaches are soft.
Remove the lemon grass stick, cool, and blend the mixture until smooth. Pour into a stainless steel bowl.
Freeze the mixture for 3 hours and then place it in an ice cream maker or, alternatively, place the bowl in a double boiler and mix until frozen. Enjoy.
