Peach Sorbet with Lemon Grass

In this hot season, prepare this refreshing peach sorbet with a touch of lemon grass that will make it your favorite. It is easy to prepare and does not require many ingredients.

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 peaches, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups peach juice
  • 20 grams lemon grass, 1 piece approximately
  • 1 cup sugar

  • In a small pot over medium heat, heat the water and add the peaches, peach juice, lemon grass, and sugar. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the peaches are soft.
  • Remove the lemon grass stick, cool, and blend the mixture until smooth. Pour into a stainless steel bowl.
