The watermelon slush is something you can enjoy in the afternoon to refresh yourself. It tastes delicious and is not fattening at all.

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 milliliters water
  • 500 grams watermelon , seedless

  • Heat the sugar with the water over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add the watermelon. Let it cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Wait for it to cool down a bit, blend the mixture, and leave it at room temperature.
  • Freeze and every 30 minutes take it out of the freezer and blend it again.
