250 grams white chocolate
200 milliliters cream , Whiskey
3 egg whites
100 grams sugar
600 milliliters whipping cream

Mix the chocolate chunks with half of the whiskey cream.
Microwave for 1 minute until the chocolate melts (stir constantly to homogenize).
Add the rest of the whiskey cream and mix until homogenized, let cool, and set aside.
Whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks and incorporate it into the chocolate and whiskey cream mixture.
Fold gently until partially combined.
Finally, add the mixture of egg whites and sugar, folding gently until homogenized, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 2 hours.
