White Chocolate Ice Cream with Whiskey Cream

  • 250 grams white chocolate
  • 200 milliliters cream , Whiskey
  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 600 milliliters whipping cream

  • Mix the chocolate chunks with half of the whiskey cream.
  • Microwave for 1 minute until the chocolate melts (stir constantly to homogenize).
  • Add the rest of the whiskey cream and mix until homogenized, let cool, and set aside.
  • Whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks and incorporate it into the chocolate and whiskey cream mixture.
  • Fold gently until partially combined.
  • Finally, add the mixture of egg whites and sugar, folding gently until homogenized, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 2 hours.
