1 cup corn syrup
5 egg yolks
1/2 cups sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped

In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, sugar, and honey and lightly beat.
Gently bring the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt to a boil.
Pour the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt into the egg mixture and reheat.
Stirring constantly, simmer the mixture.
The mixture should thicken, without allowing it to boil.
Remove from heat and add the pecans.
Cool and freeze.
Stir every hour until set. This will take approximately 4-6 hours. Serve.
