Blend the 3 milks in the blender on medium speed.
Once everything is blended and without turning off the blender, slowly add the lemon juice.
Arrange the cookies in a 30x30 baking dish making one layer.
Pour 1/3 of the lemon mixture and place another layer of cookie, pour another layer of lemon, and continue this way until you finish with the ingredients.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
You can decorate it with fruit or sprinkles.
