LEMON COOKIE CAKE

COLD AND QUICK CAKE. ONLY A BLENDER AND 15 MINUTES ARE NEEDED.

  • 30 lime cookies, or any square cookie
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can table cream
  • 2 lemons, large (its juice)
  • fruit , amaranth, chocolate chips, or sprinkles for decoration

  • Blend the 3 milks in the blender on medium speed.
  • Once everything is blended and without turning off the blender, slowly add the lemon juice.
  • Arrange the cookies in a 30x30 baking dish making one layer.
  • Pour 1/3 of the lemon mixture and place another layer of cookie, pour another layer of lemon, and continue this way until you finish with the ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • You can decorate it with fruit or sprinkles.
